Full job description
Client satisfaction drives every decision we make at Capture. The Senior Enrollment Advisor, part of the Client Success Team, leads the relationship between clients and Capture’s internal teams, serving as the lead strategist, campaign analyst, advisor, and campus consultant for implementing Capture’s products and having a successful recruitment year. Senior Enrollment Advisors are also expected to develop expertise across Capture's full suite of Saas solutions, translate platform capabilities to clients, and apply product knowledge to execute effective, actionable enrollment strategy.
Our Senior Enrollment Advisors spend their days interacting with clients and crafting strategies for turning the services a client needs into strategies that complement each other and maximize the recruitment efforts of each campus. Working with only a small group of campuses, the Senior Enrollment Advisor builds close bonds with enrollment and marketing leaders.
Capture is looking for the next higher education professional to join our expanding team as a Senior Enrollment Advisor and help us deliver excellent product solutions and satisfied clients nationwide.
If you are an enrollment management professional looking to move away from an on-campus role and into the vendor world, this may be the right role for you. Most of our team was in your shoes not too long ago! Or, if you’ve already made your way into the ed tech world and are looking for a position where you can use your enrollment management/higher ed marketing background to help multiple campuses hit their growth goals year over year, check us out!
MUST-HAVES
- You have 10+ years higher-education experience, specifically in admissions/enrollment management or marketing, and are comfortable establishing and building relationships with senior institutional leaders.
- You are an excellent communicator with the ability to communicate complex topics to a wide-ranging audience in an engaging, succinct manner.
- You can demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
NICE TO HAVES
- You have held a position within enrollment management or higher ed marketing that was responsible for student search (list-buys) and/or digital advertising campaigns.
- You have worked with vendors on the client side of the fence and understand how this communication should look.
- You have been an integral part of creating recruitment content (emails, digital advertising messages, webinars, visit days etc.) in past roles and know the role each plays in making a class.
- You have used financial aid leveraging tools to determine the aid amounts to award to an incoming class.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Interacting with Capture’s post-secondary clients across the nation, taking the campus from contract signature through contract fulfillment.
- Showcasing the ROI of working with Capture through well-prepared presentations, utilizing our platform to analyze and track progress.
- Scheduling bi-weekly or monthly Zoom meetings with partners to discuss campaign progress, campus pain points, upcoming marketing needs, and best practices for utilizing Capture data to help the teams work in a data-driven recruitment world.
- Managing client expectations of outcomes based on the products they have partnered with Capture for, including setting annual goals for inquiry generation, application conversion, and identified visitors.
- Designing annual strategy plans to help the partner reach their recruitment goals
- Tracking progress for each client towards their overall recruitment goals, utilizing campus funnel reports, Capture platform dashboards, and other custom reports.
- Hosting internal meetings with Capture employees to keep the tactical elements of the contracts moving forward and to troubleshoot client concerns as needed.
- Building strong relationships with campus so that Capture is seen as an extension of the enrollment marketing team on campus. This should result in a Net Promoter Score (NPS) average response of 8.0+.
- Working with the Account Management Group to build multi-year contract renewal proposals, resulting in 91% annual revenue retention for the clients you work with directly.
- Identifying gaps in contract coverage or potential service expansion opportunities to bring to the Account Management Group.
- Visiting campuses and attending conferences to meet with clients in-person, presenting campaign progress reports and setting out plans for the future.
- Articulating complex enrollment data and technology-based marketing strategies to campus personnel at various levels within the organization.
- Maintaining your own mastery of Capture’s suite of services, their capabilities, and how they solve partner’s business problems.
- Staying current on and providing feedback related to new product releases, product enhancements, and emerging solutions.
- Using Salesforce to track client interactions and forecast renewals.
YOUR EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
