Remote Opportunity | $55,000 Base + Uncapped Commission
Are you an experienced and driven SDR with 2+ years of experience in the higher education market?
Join our growing team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) and be a key player in expanding Capture’s footprint within the higher ed sector. This remote role offers uncapped earning potential and the chance to directly influence the success of a leading education technology company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify & Qualify Leads: Research and identify high-potential accounts and decision-makers across the higher education landscape.
- Engage Prospects Across Channels: Execute outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and social platforms to generate qualified meetings.
- Meet & Exceed Outreach Goals: Consistently hit (and exceed) daily and monthly outreach targets to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Support the Sales Cycle: Collaborate with Enrollment Solutions Consultants to build territory strategies, create compelling content, and support virtual demos.
- Leverage Sales Tools: Use Salesforce, Salesloft, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to manage leads, track activities, and analyze engagement.
- Contribute to Strategy: Provide feedback on messaging, outreach tactics, and campaign effectiveness to continuously improve sales performance.
- Stay Informed: Understand key trends, challenges, and decision-making processes within the higher education market.
Requirements:
- Experience:
- 2+ years of SDR experience, preferably in EdTech
- Previous success prospecting into higher education institutions is strongly preferred
- Tech Fluency:
- Comfortable with CRM and sales engagement tools (Salesforce, Salesloft, HubSpot, LinkedIn Navigator)
- Mac proficiency is a plus

Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $55,000 annually
- Commission: Uncapped earning potential
