Company Summary

At Capture Higher Ed, we’re transforming how colleges and universities recruit and enroll students using our proprietary AI and award-winning services. Since 2011, we’ve helped institutions identify, engage, and convert prospective students more effectively by combining real-time insights with expert-driven enrollment marketing strategies that drive measurable growth.

We’re established, but we still operate with the agility, curiosity, and velocity of a startup. If you want to shape the future of enrollment marketing and work with a team that moves fast, collaborates deeply, and celebrates innovation, you’ll love it here.

About the Role

We’re hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to drive top-of-funnel growth through integrated campaigns, events, content, and lifecycle programs. This role is built for someone who thinks in campaign arcs, owns the calendar end-to-end, and turns GTM strategy into the kind of multi-channel execution that actually moves pipeline.

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you’ll be the orchestration engine behind Capture’s presence in the higher ed community — from email campaigns and webinar programs to lifecycle nurtures, our monthly newsletter, and our presence at industry events like AACRAO SEM and NACAC.

This is a hands-on, high-leverage role on a small team. You’ll have real ownership over campaign strategy and performance, the autonomy to build the playbooks that scale, and the kind of cross-functional visibility that comes with operating close to the business.

What You’ll Do

Integrated Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Architect and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns across the full buyer journey — including webinar programs, and seasonal demand pushes.
  • Own the campaign calendar and budget with the discipline of someone who’s had to defend every line item.
  • Partner with Product Marketing as a strategic peer to design launch campaigns and bring messaging to market.

Content & Editorial Programs

  • Produce Capture’s monthly newsletter, The Magnet, from editorial planning to writing to send.
  • Drive organic social content across LinkedIn and other relevant channels, building a steady drumbeat that reflects Capture’s point of view in the higher ed community.
  • Partner with Product Marketing on long-form content (blog, eBooks, webinars) and adapt it across channels for maximum reach.

Lifecycle & Nurture Programs

  • Build and own multi-stage lifecycle programs in HubSpot
  • Partner with RevOps on lead routing, follow-up SLAs, and the honest feedback loops that make programs better over time.
  • Measure lifecycle performance and surface insights that inform the next iteration.

Events & Field Programs

  • Develop the playbook for using for industry events (AMA Symposium, NACAC) for sustainable growth.

Performance & Optimization

  • Set the standard for what good looks like: MQL volume, pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and channel efficiency.
  • Report against performance benchmarks regularly and use insights to optimize the next campaign.
  • Apply AI tools thoughtfully to accelerate planning, content production, and performance analysis.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 4–7 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a proven track record running integrated, multi-channel campaigns end-to-end. Bonus points for EdTech or Higher Ed.
  • Demonstrated ability to build growth programs, not just one-off campaigns.
  • Strong writing and creative instincts to help Capture stand out in a noisy marketplace
  • Hands-on fluency with HubSpot (workflows, lists, lifecycle, reporting). Salesforce campaign familiarity required; Salesloft a plus.
  • Comfort with WordPress (or a similar CMS) and a basic understanding of conversion optimization.
  • Open to using AI to amplify your work, with curiosity, willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying it responsibly.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a small, high-leverage team.
