We’re looking for a consultative, results-driven sales professional energized by technology and passionate about higher education. Capture is headquartered in Louisville, KY, however this is a remote role within our ~60-person company dedicated to making a meaningful impact in higher education.
Job Summary:
This position reports directly to the Vice President of Sales. This high impact, individual contributor sales role is focused on engaging higher education leaders in admissions and marketing across undergraduate, transfer, graduate, and online. Success in this role requires deep product expertise and the ability to consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales targets. Key Responsibilities:
· Consistently achieve assigned revenue and sales goals as set by the Vice President of Sales.
· Deliver compelling presentations that showcase Capture’s unique value to prospective higher education partner institutions.
· Represent Capture at industry events, while also conducting virtual and in-person meetings to engage prospects and promote solutions.
· Collaborate closely with your Sales Development Representative to build and execute strategies that maximize territory performance.
· Partner with Technology, Data, and Operations experts to demonstrate product capabilities and provide expertise throughout the sales process.
· Develop persuasive proposals that align Capture’s expertise with the strategic enrollment needs of potential partner institutions.
· Efficiently manage travel within your territory to ensure optimal coverage and time management.
· Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including sales reports, expense forms, invoices, and related records.
· Contribute to RFP responses, ensuring high-quality and competitive submissions.
· Identify, analyze, and promote opportunities for institutions to expand their use of Capture’s services to support recruitment goals.

Required Skills and Experience:
· Proven top performer in higher education sales, with measurable results and references to validate success.
· Demonstrated success in building new client relationships and consistently achieving performance targets.
· Skilled at engaging and closing high-level decision makers.
· Experience in higher education, with a strong understanding of the admissions and enrollment landscape.
· Self-motivated, solution-oriented professional who thrives in a remote environment and brings a positive, winning attitude.
· Ability to thrive in a dynamic, evolving organization as it scales.
· Strong initiative, organizational skills, and the ability to set and manage priorities effectively.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills.
· Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
· Willingness to travel for campus visits, conferences, and industry events.
· Collaborative team player who fosters strong relationships, shares knowledge, and contributes to collective success.
· Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities with flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
· Driven by a diligent work ethic, passion, and a commitment to continuous learning.
· Bachelor’s degree required.
