The Opportunity:

As a Marketing Support Specialist at Fastr, you will play a key role in assisting with the development and execution of paid media strategies to drive customer acquisition, increase brand visibility, and achieve business goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and design, to support impactful paid media campaigns. You will help manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google, and Bing. Your support will be essential in helping to create effective campaigns, building and adjusting target audiences, and performing keyword research and planning. You will also support marketing operations via HubSpot to track campaign performance, assist with workflow administration, and help with landing page and form creation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing, implementing, and managing paid advertising campaigns across social media and search platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google, and Bing.
  • Conduct keyword research and planning to optimize search campaigns.
  • Help create, adjust, and manage target audiences to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling ad copy and creative designs.
  • Support the use of HubSpot for tracking campaign performance and lead management.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of marketing workflows and automation.
  • Help create and optimize landing pages and forms to improve lead generation and conversion rates.

Here’s What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ Years of Experience.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and tools.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or other advertising platforms is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with HubSpot and marketing automation tools.
  • Copywriting and design skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
