The Opportunity:

As a Senior Sales Executive at Fastr, you will play a critical role in driving new business growth and expanding our professional services offerings. This high-impact, high-visibility role requires you to establish and nurture strategic relationships with key decision-makers, including C-suite executives. Your ability to understand and solve complex eCommerce challenges will be pivotal in helping clients optimize their site and content performance. You will work collaboratively with internal teams to influence and execute effective sales strategies, ensuring our clients achieve their business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling professional services, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Fastr's professional services. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets, drive revenue growth, and achieve aggressive sales targets. Clearly articulate and demonstrate our value proposition, crafting detailed mutual plans, and creating excitement and enthusiasm among prospects.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations and close sales deals. Prepare and present compelling proposals and contracts that address client requirements and maximize Fastr's value proposition.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless client experience from prospecting through to onboarding and support.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system. Provide regular updates and reports to the management team on sales performance and market insights.
  • Lead Generation: Utilize your extensive network, industry knowledge, and advanced research techniques to generate high-quality leads and target potential customers who align with our target market.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a rolling 4-quarter pipeline, keeping it current and accurate. Advance and close sales opportunities through the successful execution of the sales strategy, roadmap, and mutual action plans.

Here’s What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a closing sales role, with a strong focus on selling professional services or solutions. Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms and the professional services landscape. Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts effectively to a diverse audience.
  • A consultative and solutions-oriented mindset, with an ability to identify client needs, confidently challenge assumptions and provide tailored solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to understand client needs and articulate Fastr's value proposition effectively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
