The Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented RevOps Associate to join our go to market team. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with a passion for optimizing processes, driving efficiency, and supporting our sales and marketing efforts. The Junior RevOps Associate will be instrumental in maintaining our database, enriching data, automating key processes, and executing targeted outreach campaigns. You will work closely with sales and marketing teams, utilizing modern go-to-market tools to enhance our outreach and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Database Management: Maintain the integrity and accuracy of our marketing and sales database (HubSpot), ensuring data is clean, consistent, and up to date.
- Data Enrichment: Utilize modern AI tools to enrich existing database records with additional relevant information to improve targeting and segmentation.
- Automation: Develop and implement marketing and sales automation workflows to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and reduce manual tasks.
- Outreach Campaigns:
- Create, execute, and track email outreach campaigns on behalf of the sales team to engage prospects and drive leads.
- Create, execute, and track LinkedIn outreach campaigns on behalf of the sales team to connect with potential clients and generate interest.

- Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to understand their needs, provide support, and ensure alignment of outreach efforts.
- Reporting: Assist in the development of reports and dashboards to track key metrics, analyze campaign performance, and provide insights to the team.
- Tool Management: Become proficient in and utilize our go-to-market tech stack, including HubSpot, Clay, or other relevant tools.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve and optimize existing processes related to data management, automation, and outreach.
Here’s What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years' experience in a sales operations, marketing operations, or related role is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM/go-to-market tools
- Proficiency using AI tools to drive outbound go-to-market (GTM) activities
- Strong understanding of marketing and sales automation principles.
- Excellent data entry and data management skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
