Key Responsibilities:
  • Write and publish a wide range of content assets including blogs, ebooks, case studies, webpages, whitepapers, videos, and social posts.
  • Maintain and manage content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and product launches.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and messaging across all content and channels.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate technical or complex concepts into engaging and easy-to-understand content.
  • Optimize content for SEO and discoverability across search engines and digital platforms.
  • Create and/or edit video content and design visual assets to support content distribution.
  • Analyse content performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms, and refine strategies accordingly.
  • Manage content distribution through email newsletters, social media, and partner channels.
  • Conduct regular content audits to identify gaps, refresh outdated materials, and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (product, design, sales) to support integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Support internal communications by creating FAQs, knowledge base articles, and team collateral.

Good-to-Have:

  • Content creation in Canva, Fastr Workspace, and HubSpot.
  • Familiarity with Figma for collaborative design and content layout workflows.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Video editing experience in tools such as iMovie, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite tools including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
