The TAM plays a critical role to help ensure that our SaaS product is successfully being used by our customers and the solution value is being fully realized. This process starts by making sure we understand their specific requirements around booking journeys and helping them define and achieve success metric’s, we make sure our customers are getting the most value from our products. This includes assuring a great implementation experience, drive user adoption and support customer issues as they may arise and nature deep relationships.</p> <p><b>About the Role</b></p> <p>The Technical Account Manager (TAM) serves as the primary technical liaison and trusted advisor for a set portfolio of enterprise customers, ensuring their successful adoption, utilization, and optimization of the company’s software solutions. This role combines deep technical expertise with strong relationship management skills to deliver value, resolve challenges, and drive customer satisfaction and retention.</p> <ul> <li>Serve as the primary technical contact, fostering trusted relationships with enterprise accounts.</li> <li>Understand customer objectives and align software capabilities to meet business needs.</li> <li>Provide updates on product enhancements, roadmaps, and best practices.</li> <li>Guide software implementation, configuration, and optimization tailored to customer requirements.</li> <li>Identify and resolve technical challenges, collaborating with internal teams.</li> <li>Conduct technical reviews to ensure software performance meets expectations and SLAs.</li> <li>Develop and execute success plans to maximize customer value and satisfaction.</li> <li>Deliver training, workshops, and resources to enable customer self-sufficiency.</li> <li>Monitor customer usage metrics to drive adoption and engagement improvements.</li> <li>Represent customer feedback to inform product and service enhancements.</li> <li>Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to identify growth opportunities.</li> <li>Support pre-sales scoping and post-sales implementation planning.</li> <li>Manage escalations and ensure resolution of critical technical issues.</li> <li>Maintain comprehensive knowledge of customer environments and technical needs.</li> </ul> <p><b>About You</b></p> <p>You’re a talented Technical Account Manager or equivalent, looking for your next career step. You love working with a diverse, committed, and bright team. You’re very good at engaging, prioritizing and problem solving for demanding clients. You can quickly identify and translate needs and make qualified, reasonable proposals for how to best move forward.
