jrni is bringing our appointment scheduling platform to new markets. jrni's intelligent booking engine — which synchronizes resource calendars, calculates real-time availability, and delivers automated communications — is now available as a solution tailored specifically for new market segments. The result is a branded, institution-ready platform that drives engagement, improves staff efficiency, and modernizes the service delivery experience.
With over 100,000 users and a strong enterprise client base across the US and Europe, we are now expanding into new markets. This is a high-growth opportunity to own a new market and help define how we scale across North America.
The role
We are looking for a driven, self-directed Sales Executive to own new business development across new market segments. You are here to open new doors. Every customer you close will be an organization that has never used jrni solutions before, and you will find and pursue them yourself through your own outbound effort. You will own the full sales cycle from first outreach through to signed contract, supported by a Sales Engineer and marketing team.
You will operate with significant autonomy — you own your development, manage your own go-to-market motion, and run your territory as your own business. You will have access to a collaborative team and sales leadership for strategic input, but if you are motivated by the freedom to build and are energized by owning your results, this role is for you.
What you'll do
- Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and outbound outreach through to demo, proposal, negotiation, and contract execution — targeting new clients exclusively in emerging markets
- Build and manage your own pipeline using our CRM, maintaining rigorous hygiene and accurate forecasting
- Develop and execute your own go-to-market strategy for your territory, leveraging events, LinkedIn, calls, email, and partnerships
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations to stakeholders across functional and administrative roles, clearly articulating the value and ROI of jrni's scheduling solution
- Identify and engage decision-makers within complex organizational structures
- Collaborate with the Sales Engineer on technical discovery and solution design, and with Marketing to align outbound efforts
- Provide market feedback to the leadership team to help shape product roadmap and go-to-market positioning
What we're looking for
- 2–5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a demonstrable track record of hitting or exceeding quota
- Experience selling into new or emerging markets is strongly preferred; a SaaS background in relevant adjacent industries is a significant advantage
- A self-starter mentality — you build your own pipeline, manage your own schedule, and take initiative without waiting to be directed
- You take ownership of your results and adapt quickly when a deal doesn't go as planned; you're motivated by the challenge of building something new
- Comfortable owning the full sales process from cold outreach through negotiation, with no reliance on an SDR or BDR feeding you leads
- Strong discovery and demo skills; able to tailor messaging to technical and non-technical audiences including C-suite and administrative leadership
- Excellent written and verbal communication; confident presenting to groups and senior stakeholders
- Located in the Eastern or Central time zone; comfortable working remotely and independently
- Experience selling B2B SaaS solutions is essential. Applications without this background cannot be considered.
